Best duck in HK...all the bbq is top notch. Since 1963! I've been coming for 15 years. Secret weapon: the duck fried rice w dried scallops and chives...heaven!

Was served an inedible dish. Did seem to be very old... I guess it's food saved for foreign guests... Boss was there I was able to get another dish. It was just a psss, seemed like some of it was fresh and some not. Felt concerned about food safety as I ate.

Why oh why haven’t I looked at the reviews first. Bad food quality, cold, dry, just not good. It tasted like it was a week old. The window looks really nice, you feel like you found a great secret place....and then you wonder why you have not looked at the reviews first :)

It is located near Hong Kong Station and Central Metro, with convenient transportation. The seats in the store are traditionally retro, because we are Taiwanese travelers, The waiter kindly recommends the meals, and the portion of the food is huge. The hot kale is sweet and delicious, completely different from the astringent taste in the impression! Delicious 👍

No gimmick, no thrill Cantonese BBQ food. I had a bowl of BBQ pork with Soya Chicken rice , the portion and the cuts are very good very solid food when compared to what I had at Yat Lok (a Michelin Recommendation Restaurant, a rip-off and a grossly over rated restaurant) and Tai Hing. This place reminds me what a Cantonese BBQ restaurant should be, a place to fill up the stomach of white collars of Central. The price is moderate and value for money than Tai Hing, Tsui Wah, Maxims, etc. Congee and noodles are also on the menu. Oh, the ladies work there are very friendly, which is quite rare nowadays in Hong Kong. Definitely will visit more often. The char siu was a bit lean/rough, I will try the half half (half lean half fatty) next time.

I used to work in the Center for 5 years, this place offers my over time dinner every evening, chicken congee, BBQ pork with oyster sauce in a bowl of rice, reasonable price and great food with half a decade’s history. A must visit whenever I return to HK

Cantonese BBQ meat with its own twist. They use a think, glossy soy sauce based dressing instead of the typical thin gravy, taste very sumptuous yet for some people might be overtook the roast meat's own flavour. The one I picked today is Char Siu and Roast Duck. Can't miss the soup too, this one is the traditional watercress soup, it helps to reduce your internal heat according to Chinese medicine therapy. I recommend to come around 15mins before lunch and/or dinner service peak time, where the meats are just freshly roasted and ready to serve.

The unkun noodles I ordered unintentionally and the rice bowl with shabuyaki and birds were also delicious. Birds were especially delicious! Although it says BOWL, it is a normal bowl size. The store is crowded and shared.

It's not spectacular Chinese BBQ roast dishes but it's OK if you work around here and need a quick bite. Don't come here during weekday lunch time it can be quite packed. BBQ Pork (Cha Siu) is a bit dry.
